Meet Kira and Alastair, the brains behind Launch Leads.
Both are professionals and business owners already and at a casual catchup, they naturally began brainstorming services that their respective careers offer, and identified gaps in the market for different industries.
What began as a comment about a previous wildly successful marketing campaign for a client, turned into an entire concept for not just a business, but a needed solution for regional real estate agencies.
With a shared passion for systems and a track record of success, the concept for Launch Leads was solidified and they dove into building.
Their mission is simple: to provide regional agencies with a proven lead generation system that delivers quality results and a no-brainer ROI.

Meet Alastair Hyde
Co-Founder, Expert Digital Strategy & Operations Specialist, Entrepreneur & Innovator
Born and raised right here in country Victoria, I've had the privilege of exploring different parts of Australia, including Far North Queensland and Country New South Wales. But now, I'm back in my hometown. I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to think outside the box. I believe in forging my own path, questioning the status quo, and following my passions.
My journey through life has led to a diverse range of academic, professional, and personal achievements. Instead of finishing high school, I chose to go backpacking. Eventually, I pursued degrees in Business Management, Sociology, and Education, with a few interesting detours into Finance, Political Science, and History along the way.
What tied all of these together was my personal focus on understanding people, how they conduct business, make decisions, interact with each other, and learn.
I've had the opportunity to establish several innovative startups, where I've leveraged technology to meet unmet market needs and implemented refined systems for efficient operations and management. Additionally, I've provided business analysis, project management, and strategic advisory services to a diverse clientele in both the public and private sectors. My main focus has been on Customer Experience and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Outside of my professional life, my passions include motorcycles, strength sports, creative arts, and, of course, family (not necessarily in that order). I'm deeply involved in the Adventure Motorcycle community, where I co-host a moderately successful podcast. I'm also proud to be a co-founder and Chair of a not-for-profit organisation, where we harness the strength of this community to support environmental and Indigenous initiatives.
One of my significant ventures is Launch Leads Australia, a company I co-founded with a vision to streamline and optimise lead generation. Our goal is to create value not only for our business clients but also for their prospective customers.

Hey there! I’m Kira. While I was born and raised in Cairns FNQ, I consider myself a seasoned traveller having spent a few years living in Europe before finally finding my home in Bendigo. I’m married to my gorgeous wife Alyssa, together we have a passion for Real Estate with multiple properties, and we have built a successful regional Creative Marketing Agency right here in Victoria.
I’ve always been driven to create a life for myself with more. More passion, joy, simplicity, wealth, freedom, and fulfillment. Being an entrepreneur and business owner has never been a choice, it’s just something that has developed naturally. I’m ignited by ideas and solutions, there is nothing more invigorating than solving a problem or making something better.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with the balance between beauty and automation. Creating something bold and beautiful, then aligning and enhancing it with solutions that make it powerful and seamless. I do this in everything I do, from my home, to community projects, to either of my businesses.
My professional background started with a degree in Media and Communications, then I moved into Brand Strategy and Digital Design, and now I specialise in Digital Marketing Ecosystems - culminating my specialities into my ultimate purpose.
I believe in empowering business owners and entrepreneurs to make the journey into business purposeful, beautiful, systemised and more passion-filled.
Personally, my wife and I have pets that we adore, a home that we are currently renovating and a love of exploring degustation experiences. We have deep roots in the local Independent Beer community, a commitment to supporting female-led organisations, sponsoring not-for-profits with an aligned purpose, and I regularly volunteer my time with local creative initiatives for youth in Central Victoria.
Launch Leads Australia is not just my latest venture, but a long-awaited venture. Alastair and I knew the second we spoke of the idea, that it was the missing-peice to the success of all regional Real Estates. We’ve developed a tried and tested system that works and delivers.
