Pricing

  • We like to keep it simple, we charge a once-off Onboarding Fee and a Service Fee charged monthly. Our fees can be found here.

  • There is no catch, we pride ourselves on our transparency and integrity. No hidden fees, no upsells, no high pressure sales tactics, no BS.

  • Yes. If you don’t receive leads in any month of an active campaign, we waive the Service Fee for that month, simple.

  • It takes a lot of work to set up a new client, the Onboarding Fee covers many of these costs, but not all - the minimum service period covers the rest.

  • Let's be transparent here, the Onboarding Fee does not cover all onboarding costs. A 3 month minimum service period allows us to recover all those costs, and to earn just enough profit to make it worth our while. Our goal is a long term partnership with our clients, for that we rely on merit, not lock in contracts.

  • So many reasons, but let’s keep it simple - per lead cost varies depending on a campaign’s budget, performance, demand for ad space, the platform's user engagement, the client’s platform presence, and so many other factors determined by a platform’s algorithms. Many of these factors change minute by minute, resulting in varied lead costs.

Onboarding

  • This depends on how quickly we receive what we need from you, however we aim to have onboarding done within a month, ideally one-two weeks.

  • Upon signing, we provide you with an Onboarding Kit detailing the process and what we need. But basically, we’ll need your Branding & Style Guide, access to your Meta Business Suite and Ad Account, and to know your ad budget & timelines.

  • Yes, of course. We just need advance notice of ideally 14 days to ensure we have time to make the changes and get you the best results possible.

  • Yes. Our team is available to offer support via email, phone, or Google Meet. We aim to respond within 24 hours (on a weekday) to all support requests.

  • Each CRM system, and a client’s CRM configuration is different. As such, we will determine your specific requirements and help you set this up as part of the onboarding process.

Lead Delivery

  • You’ll start getting leads once the onboarding process is complete and an ad campaign is active.

  • If you don’t receive leads in any month of an active campaign, we waive the Service Fee for that month, simple.

  • Leads are emailed to you as soon as they are generated. You could be talking to a qualified lead within seconds of their engagement with the campaign.

  • Our qualified leads consist of up to 30 data points including; First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Street Address, City/Suburb, Post Code, Size of Property, Amount of Bedrooms/Bathrooms, Living/Dining Layout, Property Specs, Key Features and many more depending on your requirements.
