Services, Charges & Payment Terms

  • LLA delivers, for the prescribed fees, the design, launching, coordination, and maintenance of an online advertising campaign for the purpose of delivering qualified Landlord or Vendor leads to the client, as specified in the agreement.

  • The Service Agreement is to deliver qualified Landlord OR Vendor leads, where the delivery of qualified Landlord AND Vendor leads are required by the client, an additional Service Agreement is required.

  • Advertising content and budget approval, and payments of any advertising fees to third parties, are the responsibility of the client.

  • The client may request an advertising campaign be placed on hold for any period of time, with 7 days notice, where the Service Agreement remains in effect and Monthly Service Fees continue to be payable.

  • As per the ‘No Lead, No Fee Promise’, Monthly Service Fees are not payable by the client for any month where no leads are delivered to the client within that month, except where the advertising campaign has been placed on hold at the request of the client.

  • The Service Agreement may be cancelled, with 30 days notice, by the client at any time after 4 months from the date of payment of the Onboarding Fee.

  • The Service Agreement may be cancelled by Launch Leads at any time when Monthly Service Fee payments are in arrears by 2 months, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Launch Leads.

  • After a Service Agreement has been cancelled by either party, re-initiation of services requires; payment in full of any outstanding monies owing, and a new Service Agreement.

  • An Onboarding Fee is payable by the client to initiate the Service Agreement.

  • A Monthly Service Fee is payable each month the Service Agreement is in effect, with the first month being payable 1 month from the Onboarding Fee payment date.

  • This agreement, at the prescribed Service Fee rate, only applies to a client advertising fee budget of up to $5,000 per month. Where the client requires a higher advertising spend, a new Service Agreement with a revised Service Fee rate (subject to negotiation between parties) will be required.

  • Launch Leads retains the right to increase Onboarding Fees at any time, and increase Monthly Service Fees with 3 months notice provided to the client engaged in the Service Agreement.

  • For each client referral resulting in a signed Service Agreement, one month of the referring client’s Service Fee will be waived, limited to a maximum accrual of 12 months of waived Service Fees in advance. Accrued waived Service Fees will be null and void upon cancellation of the referring client’s Service Agreement.
